First edition of the “b for bulthaup” award

The “b for bulthaup” award will be granted to the chef or restauranteur whose gastronomic project has excelled over the past year in terms of bulthaup’s fundamental values: innovation, quality, functionality, professional skill, technical perfection, and the ability to adapt to changing times.

We want to approach gastronomy as an essential part of the bulthaup world. We want to acknowledge innovation, quality of life, functionality, professional skill, technical perfection, and the ability to adapt to changing times. We wish to join the efforts of so many chefs and other professionals in the restaurant sector who truly identify with our quest for ongoing improvement.
The jury selection for the “b for bulthaup” award gathered an eclectic group of professionals:

Toni Massanès (gastronome and journalist)

Josep Mª Morera (graphic designer)

Álvaro Palacios (wine producer)

Benedetta Tagliabue (architect)

Miquel Torres Maczassek (empresario vinícola)

Alfons Tost (interior designer)

Miguel Sal (designer and branding consultant)

Quim Vila (owner of Vila Viniteca)

Oriol Villar (creative director, advertising)

Christian Weirich (CEO, bulthaup iberia)

The chef or restauranteur selected for the award will receive the “b for bulthaup” prize on Wednesday, December 4th, in Barcelona.
