bulthaup Girona & Blanes offers culinary master classes led by chef Jordi Dalmau, in collaboration with wine expert and journalist Alfred Peris.
For 12 years, Jordi Dalmau worked as the right hand of Santi Santamaría, from whom he inherited a passion for a cuisine based on the excellence of fresh products, with an increasing focus on organic and local sources.
Since the beginning of the master class series, Jordi Dalmau has introduced 14 recipes out of a total of 22 that he will continue to offer up until the end of the season. On two successive Thursdays, May 9th and 16th, the 15th recipe will be presented at the bulthaup showrooms in Girona and Blanes respectively.
